MGB Roadster - Subject of a specialist restoration to create a fast
road and track car. The exterior bodywork has been professionally
refurbished and it has been presented with the Sebring style
bumperless appearance. A competition lightweight bonnet and boot
are currently fitted with quick release fittings. The interior is
presented in excellent condition with competition style seating, Mota
Lita steering wheel, harness restraints, roll over bar and topped by
a new black quality hood. Mechanically this car has received an
extensive overhaul. The engine is now 1950cc with a full race top
end and a stage two bottom end running off a Weber 48 DCOE giving
excellent performance. The car has a new overdrive unit and a new
gear box. The mechanical power train is said to have covered circa
3,500 miles. All the work carried out upon the mechanical components
of this motor car is fully supported. Many sporting features are
included upon this car such as Minalite centre lock wheels, Branz
timing and distance recording, rev limiter, alloy foot rest, alloy
pedals, keyless ignition, high density rear warning light,
electric water cooling fan, sports exhaust, rebuilt brakes, rebuilt
suspension, fire extinguisher, boot positioned battery, emergency
electrical cut off switch and light stone guards. On the road the
car is competent and fun to drive. Extremely well presented with
current MOT until January 2009. An ideal opportunity to acquire a
