Description

MG V8 Roadster Sebring Style Replication - Professionally built in 1994 with accompanying schedule of works supplied with the car. The car is powered by a 3.5 litre Rover engine with a 5 speed transmission. The engine has been built to fast road specification and is fitted with a Offenhauser John Wolf manifold, Holley 390 C F M vacuum secondary carburetor with a low rider air cleaner. A full stainless steel competition exhaust system is fitted from the stainless steel tubular manifolds. The cooling system has been uprated along with the brakes with EBC racing brake discs and calipers fitted with racing compound brake pads. The front suspension is Bilstein coil over shock absorber and the rear suspension has been adapted to adjustable racing shock absorbers. An uprated anti-roll bar has also been fitted to the car. The MG stands on green powder coated 72 spoke competition wheels and is topped by a factory style hard top. Cosmetically the car is finished in British Racing Green sporting twin Old English white stripes with contrasting black leather seating piped in red. Period fittings include a Mota Lita wood rim steering wheel, leather securing strap to the full alloy bonnet and plexi-glass covers to the head lamps. On the road the car is a joy to drive and I must say it really does look the business. Presented in excellent condition with extensive history this is a beautiful and desirable British sports car.
