SALES
Funds for all purchases must be paid for in Sterling and cleared prior to
collection or delivery
Title to all goods will remain with Spinning Wheel Cars and Nostalgia until
payment is made in full and cleared
Part payments made against the purchase of a vehicle or otherwise to secure the
vehicle/s or item/s are non refundable
DELIVERY
We have the facilities to deliver cars or motor cycles anywhere in Mainland
UK . Deliveries will be quoted for at the time of sale and shall be paid upon
delivery of the motor vehicle. There will be a charge for delivery unless prior
agreement has been made
SHIPPING OVERSEAS
We can arrange overseas shipping for motor vehicles This will be quoted
for at the time of sale and will be payable in advance of the vehicle being
shipped along with insurance cost
SERVICE WORK AND SPARES
All Service work undertaken on any vehicle must be paid for in full prior to
the motor vehicle leaving Spinning Wheel All spares will remain the property of
Spinning Wheel until the item / these items have been paid for in full All spare
must be paid for in full prior to the item / items leaving Spinning Wheel
PURCHASING
We are always seeking to purchase Classic Motor vehicles and automobilia
We only require the very best vehicles and and automobilia
We offer cash payment or Bankers Draft upon collection and once title to the
said vehicle or items has been established in favour of the seller
Once the a Purchase has been made and title is clear to these goods they are
the sole property of Spinning Wheel or Spinning Wheel Nostalgia
WARRANTY
No Warranty is given with any motor vehicle or item sold by Spinning Wheel
/Spinning Wheel Nostalgia unless agreed at the time of sale .Any Warranty or
Guarantee of authenticity will be given in writing at the time of sale if such a
warranty or guarantee of authenticity is to apply to that said motor vehicle or
item at the time of sale .
