	c1780's Oil On Canvas Depicting a charming scene of period gentleman with rifle and his hunting dogs. Very well painted. The scene is said to be in the grounds of Haddon Hall in Derbyshire and the painting itself is said to have come from Haddon Hall at some time. Very nice period painting presented in it's period frame believed correct.

c1850 Continental 16" Smooth Bore Percussion Dueling Pistol Hexagonal 10.5" barrel. Engraved with traces of silvering and gilding. Note the unusual hand grip, brass trigger guard and fittings. c1870s Pin Fire Double Barrel Breech Loading Hand Gun A large bore weapon with folding triggers and popular in the American Civil War with some models being fitted with a folding bayonet. Overall Length: 20.4 inches Blade Length: 16.9 inches This example is in very good condition.		1888 Mauser Model IG 71/84 Military Rifle In 1884, the design of the Mauser Model 71 was updated with an 8-round tubular magazine designed by Alfred von Kropatschek, making this Germany's first repeating rifle. This version was designated the Gewehr 71/84. The Gewehr 71 was replaced by the Model 1888 Commission Rifle (designated Gewehr 88) starting in 1888.
